First, the tie is great. I suppose there isn’t too much to say about a regimental rep tie. The colors are crisp and the quality is as expected.
Even better though, was the exceptional customer service I received after a shipping SNAFU. The USPS lost the package, and Mountain & Sackett went out of their way to get a new tie out to me in time for my daughter’s wedding, even scouring the warehouse to find one in the size I ordered.
I’ll be a repeat customer.

Great darker color that goes with a variety of shirts and wool texture which I don’t usually get is the extra benefit. Also, they had shorter tie lengths available which helps me as a shorter guy. Came in box and not jumbled. I look forward to purchasing more.

I wear a tie almost daily. My biggest issue with almost every tie is the size of knot and how well it holds throughout the day. The blades on this tie are near perfect, the knot is well sized without being comical and it holds all day. The fabric is quality, feels good to touch, as well. Highly recommend.

These are beautiful ties. I bought 4 different patterns, including this one for my son. He is 5’4” and looks his sharpest with semi-custom length and width ties. The ties made it here in time for Christmas and were beautifully packaged. Mountain & Sackett even accommodated my last minute change in adding a coupon and expedited shipping to half my order. We will definitely be ordering again.
