We take tremendous pride in all of our handmade neckwear. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges of unworn items within 90 days of receipt. Please see below steps and returns and feel free to email us if you have any questions.
Step 1: Please select reason for your return on the packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please write the reason on a piece of paper. We accept returns for any reason.
Step 2: Please repackage your item. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
Step 3: Attach prepaid USPS label included with your order. If label is no longer available, please email us and we will send you a link to reprint.
Step 4: Please give your package to mailmen or local post office.
Please allow 5 business days for us to receive and process the return. You will receive and email once processed.
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, if you wish to make a change to your order, you should return the item(s) you want to exchange and then place a new order on our website when you are ready. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to you.
